Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship within the United States.  Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of our receiving the order.  

 

We ship from San Francisco, California.  We ship daily, Monday through Friday. 

 

Our shipping carrier is UPS,  Your shipment will arrive within 3 to 5 days depending upon where you are located within the United States. The map below displays approximate transit times between California to the rest of the United States. 

 

 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the receipt included and all tags intact.  (NO RETURNS on sale items) - If the item is clothing you may exchange it for another size only.
