Porridge Spurtle

For all your spurtle-y needs! The spurtle dates back to 15th century Scottish kitchens, where it was used to stir porridge and keep it from congealing into a ‘lumpy’ texture (something spoons couldn't do.) Each spurtle comes with a traditional Scottish porridge recipe attached, though you can use it for stews, broths, and anything else that needs stirring. An excellent housewarming gift!
